![]() Members will be able to meet with a trainer to go over their goals, get their body fat and measurements done, and get a 5 point squat analysis test done to see if they have any muscle deviations. The 5 components of fitness will be reviewed with you as well. You will also be introduced to the Vitabot Nutrition program and get a 2 week free access trial of this great nutrition tool. Members will get a recommendation on a training program at the end based on your fitness level and goals. Every new member will receive 2 FREE hours for an orientation with a Personal Trainer or Pilates Instructor. These “Fitness Orientations” are designed to introduce you to Personal Training or Pilates Instructor so that you can see why everyone is getting involved with these programs. You can use 2 hours with a Personal Trainer or 2 hours with a Pilates Instructor or 1 hour with each. It’s your choice.
