Private Lessons
Private lessons work one on one with a certified Pilates instructor and run 55 minutes in length. This session combines the use of both apparatus and mat work and allows the instructor to develop a customized series of exercises to address each client's needs, goals, and previous injuries. The use of private lessons is very beneficial to the continuing Pilates participant because it provides them with the one-on-one instructions needed to improve precision, more advanced exercises, address specific issues and further rehabilitate any past injury.

 

Semi-Private Lessons
Semi-private lessons include up to three students and one instructor. Partners work side-by-side, executing both apparatus and matwork at intermediate to advanced levels. For this reason, instructor approval is required to participate; students must complete enough private lessons to become competent and self-sufficient. Many students prefer to alternate semi-private and private lessons for a complete and cost-effective weekly workout. Semi-private lessons run 50-55 minutes in length.
 

Classic Pilates Mat
11:00am - Mon & Wed: 45min
This 45 minute mat class will teach the classic Pilates exercises in the order in which Joseph Pilates created. Each exercise will focus on strengthening the core muscles while developing coordination, flexibily and mental clarity. The classic Pilates method develops a connection between the body and the mind that translates into daily life. Learn to sit, stand, walk, run with better posture and a stronger core. Taught by Sara Cook Pilates Director.
