Golf Strength and Conditioning I: Off-season, 8 weeks- focuses on building basic strength appropriate to the golf swing, addresses muscle imbalances and basic injury prevention for the shoulder complex and back.
Start Date: February 9th Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6-7pm Cost: $15, 16 classes, total: $240 Golf Strength and Conditioning II: Pre-season, 6 weeks- focus on dynamic pre-play stretching and movements training that targets greater power generation for the golf swing. Golf Strength and Conditioning III: Competition/Active, 6 weeks- focus on maintaining power, strength and flexibility. Also learn a warm-up routine appropriate before play.
