CORE AEROBIC STUDIO

Athletic Conditioning
This class is a cross-conditioning format super-charged with cardio and agility intervals, strength training, core conditioning and active function and flexibility challenges. Increase your strength and endurance with a variety of paced cardio segments and compound progression techniques that keep your workouts fresh, result driven and performance wise. Workouts include use of barbells, dumbbells, BOSU, stability balls, elastic bands and more! Simple footwork, all levels welcome, intensity modifications provided from beginner to elite.

Bosu Challenge
Looking for a way to firm and sculpt your entire body? This class is the one for you. Strength training work will be done on the bosu balance trainer; challenging you to use your entire core for balance.

Bosu Circuit
This class includes drills that increase endurance and power, cardiovascular conditioning, agility, balance, and flexibility. Cardiovascular drills will be alternated with resistance work. The bosu balance trainer will be used.

Cardio Dance
This class combines the elements of dance, martial arts, and basic aerobic movements for a dynamic cardio workout. Strength training, abdominals and stretch complete the workout.

Core Strength
It’s the total core workout. In this class you will take basic abdominal work and lower back exercises, and add challenging aspects to some sets. Equipment options that may be used include: the bosu balance trainer, the step, and/or weights. This class will help develop a toned physique and improve total body strength, while developing your core muscles.

Focus on Healing
Lebed Method, Focus on Healing Movement and Exercise is a Therapuetic, Medically Based Exercise Program to music. It is a gentle program developed for Cancer Survivors; Those recovering from Surgery; Living with Chronic Disorders such as Lymphedema, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, MS, Arthritis; Seniors with limited mobility; Individuals newly beginning an exercise program, ANYONE.

Low Impact Aerobics
Designed for seniors and those who want a lower intensity aerobic workout.  This class will focus on cardiovascular endurance, functional strength, balance, flexibility and fun.  Monday and Wednesday will include strength training, and Friday will include yoga.

Senior Special
Senior Special is a variety training format. Each class is designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility and endurance and brain cells ...while having fun! This class is self paced so everyone can benefit regardless of limitations. We cater to men and women 50 plus and young at heart! Come for the workout and stay for the friends.

Step Basics
In this class you will learn basic step moves. Intensity of your workout will vary depending on the number of risers used with the step platform, and the speed of the movements. Performing basic step drill combinations you will strengthen your cardiovascular capacity and muscle endurance.

Step Jam
This step class will challenge you and push you to your cardiovascular limits. The class will build in intensity and choreography. If you are enthusiastic about step, this class is for you!

Step ‘n’ Flex
Step drills are integrated with basic strength training moves to improve your muscular strength and endurance. Using a step and weights, this class will increase your aerobic capacity and muscle endurance in a time-efficient workout.

Strength Conditioning

Tone and sculpt your entire body with resistance training. You will improve your muscular strength using body bars, dumbbells, bands and other equipment. A periodization technique is used in order to avoid training plateaus.

Total Conditioning
In this class you will train agility, cardio capacity and endurance, muscular strength, and core stabilization.  This results-driven workout will tone and sculpt your body while improving performance for any activity.  Class will include simple footwork, hand weights, barbells, resistance bands, platforms, bosu and other equipment.  Activities will progress from low to high intensity and modifications will be offered. All ages/levels are welcome. Come condition for the other 23 hours of your lifestyle!

Turbo Kick Box
In this intense cardiovascular class, you will kick box your way to a new body and a strong attitude. With jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, you will tone your upper body. To build a strong lower body, you will use kicks and ‘get low’ with your bob and weave. This class is sure to be a challenging workout, as well as, a whole lot of fun!

Ultimate Kick Box
Get strong with a bag and a pair of gloves! Drills will consist of controlled jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, blocks, and kicks. This intense total body workout is sure to improve strength and cardiovascular capacity!

Urban Movement
Wish you could move like Usher or two-step like Ciara? This class will bring out the hip hop in every BODY. Join this high-energy class to learn the latest in hip hop movement. Sure to put a sweat on any brow and dust the dirt off every shoulder.

HEATED YOGA STUDIO (Downtown Seattle only)

Yoga Basics
This class helps members to explore and refine a variety of yoga asanas, or poses on an in-depth level. Conducted in a non-heated room, this class is geared towards those students who are new to yoga, and also towards those who wish to deepen their practice by learning the intricacies of the postures and breathwork.

Yoga Flow
An energetic and invigorating class that will incorporate elements from the Ashtanga, Integral, and Iyengar styles of yoga into a powerful vinyasa, or 'flow', series. Appropriate for students of all levels, this class is conducted in a heated room (90F to 95F degrees) to encourage flexibility in the muscles and increase the overall cleansing effects of the poses.

Pilates
It’s the latest craze to developing a sleek and toned body. This class will tone and elongate your body’s muscles, increase body awareness, and improve strength and flexibility. Balance, posture, and core strength will be increased.

PiYo
This format is a combination of Yoga and Pilates.

Cycle
