CLASS SCHEDULE SURVEY
We are always looking to improve our Aerobics division at The Epicenter. We value your feedback and would love to hear from you.

We will be offering the following classes:
Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, Step Jam, Step & Flex, Rep Reebok, Bosu Challenge, Bosu Circuit, Core Strength, Boot Camp, Kick Box, and Turbo Kick Box.

Class Formats:
1. Please check any of the classes listed below you would like to see added to the schedule.

On Mondays and Wednesdays 30 minute classes will be offered every 15 minutes.

3. For the morning schedule, classes will begin at 5:30 AM and end at 7:15 AM. Do you believe the classes begin early enough?
