What is the corporate wellness pilot program?
Business’s can enjoy the Epicenter Athletic Club’s pilot corporate wellness program with the following advantages:

• Enrollment Fee – Waived
• Activation fee Fee – Waived
• Pay first and last month dues to start
• 5-9 employees: Monthly Dues $25
• 10-19 employees: Monthly Dues $20
• 20+ employee: Monthly Dues $15
• Towel service and tanning included!
• Must be on a pay roll deduction 

  Why should a business have its employee’s join our club?

1. You will pay No Enrollment Fee to start.
2. You will have monthly dues locked in for the life of your membership.
3. You will always be able to add a family member for same dues rate (They only pay first and last month’s dues to start)
4. Your membership will be month-to-month with no long term commitment. (But with all these great privileges, why would you want to leave?)
5. You will never pay extra fees for our heated yoga classes or “Core” aerobic classes.
6. You will have access to report that will allow you to see the participation of your employees!
