This session combines the use of both apparatus and matwork and allows the instructor to develop a customized series of exercises to address each client's needs, goals, and previous injuries. The use of privates sessions is very beneficial to the continuing Pilates participant because it provides them with the one-on-one instructions needed to improve precision, more advanced exercises, address specific issues and further rehabilitate any past injury. It is recommended that all new clients complete a private session before entering into our group classes.
