Adult Class Descriptions

Master Your Golf Shape

Starting May 2nd at 10am, targeting individuals looking to improve their flexibility and golf swing. Workouts will be designed to teach proper functional resistance training exercises that will help to improve your golf game. Participants will also learn relevant exercises and stretches that train your body through each phase of the golf swing. Cost is $249.99; class will run on Saturdays for 7 weeks from May 2nd-June 13th.
 

Sunday Boot Camp Series
Starting May 3rd at 11am, targeting individuals of all ages and abilities. Spring into summer with a boot camp series! This is a great way to mix cardio with high endurance, strength boosting exercises. Get your body into summer shape with this muscle building, fat incinerating workout. Do you have what it takes? Cost is $79.99. Class will run on Sundays for 4 weeks from May 3rd-May 24th.
 

So You Think You Can Dance?!
Starting May 6th at 5:45pm, all fitness and skill levels are welcome. Bored with your cardio routine? This 50 minute total body workout features a different style of dance each week! Learn new styles of dance in a fun, high energy environment. No prior dance experience is necessary. Cost is $75 per person; class will run on Wednesdays for 6 weeks from May 6th-June 10th.
 

Dance Conditioning
Starting May 9th at 10am, all fitness and skill levels are welcome. Looking to achieve the long, lean tone of a dancer? This class modifies the technical exercises of traditional ballet, modern and jazz dance to bring you a 50 minute series of full body warm-up and strength conditioning exercises. Cost is $75 per person; class will run on Saturdays for 6 weeks from May 9th-June 13th.
