Kids Class Descriptions


Kids Fit Camp
Classes are held at 10am on Saturdays, targeting kids ages 6 to 11.

Let your child enjoy exercise in an open, fun format. Workouts will be designed to keep your son or daughter moving, while challenging their balance and agility. Kids will also learn from a nationally certified trainer the basics of exercising properly without injury. Cost is $32 per child for members and $42 for non-members; new sessions start every 4 weeks with a one week break in between, drop-ins are welcome anytime.
May 16th-June 6th, June 20th-July 18th (the 4th is off), August 1st-August 22nd.
 

Kids Kick Boxing
Classes are held at 10am on Saturdays, targeting kids ages 6 to 11.

Class is non-contact, all punching and kicking will either be air or on the bag. This is a great way to make exercise fun and energetic while learning basic self-defense. Cost is $32 per child for members and $42 for non-members; new sessions start every 4 weeks with a one week break in between, drop-ins are welcome anytime. May 16th-June 6th, June 20th-July 18th (the 4th is off), August 1st-August 22nd.
 

Adult Class Descriptions

Boot Camp
Starting June 8th at 8pm and June 9th at 6am.

All fitness and skill levels are welcome. Boot Camp is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally while providing a full body, core-centered workout. Cost is $120 per person for members and $150 for non-members. See additional flyer in club for exact details about this class.
 

Athletic Training for the Weekend Warrior
Are you a weekend warrior? If so, try out our multi-sport athletic training class. Classes are held on Sundays and start June 21st at 9am. Class will be centered on functional full body movements that will help to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. We will also work to improve speed and agility with various speed ladder and cone drills. Cost is $40 per person for members and $50 for non-members; classes are held on Sundays and new sessions start every 4 weeks with a one week break in between, drop-ins are welcome anytime. June 21st-July 12th, July 26th-August 16th, August 30th-September 20th.
